GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USER AGREEMENT
SIA "Adamos" reg. no. 40003837996, legal address: Kurzemes pr. 74-18, Riga, LV-1067, Latvia, hereinafter referred to as Adamos, provides the Website www.Adamos.lv, hereinafter referred to as Adamos, with available Content and services in accordance with the Terms of Use Agreement described below, delivery terms, Goods return policy, other terms and conditions and business strategy, which are set out on the Homepage in accordance with the specified functions, strategy elements or advertisements. Adamos will also organise customer service activities. All of the above are incorporated into and form part of these terms and conditions (collectively, the Terms and Conditions of User Agreement). By logging into the "Online Shop" on the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Use Agreement without limitation or condition.
A distance agreement comes into force upon payment for goods and is governed by the legal provisions of the European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EC on the Protection of Consumer Rights in respect of distance contracts, the Law of the Republic of Latvia "Consumer Rights Protection Law" and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts".

Adamos protects the rights of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection and Data Processing Regulation (EC Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016), which replaced Framework Directive 95/46/EC of 24 October 1995. Adamos does not use or share the information you have provided, but on a legal basis, in cases specified by law, Adamos is obliged to disclose personal data to the state or local government. Adamos will have to disclose your personal information if required by law. Adamos may process your data and use it in aggregate form for statistical purposes, in order to analyse and improve the quality of its services and products. Adamos takes all reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information against theft, loss, misuse, unauthorised access, detection, alteration or damage.
GOODS AND SERVICES FOR PERSONAL USE
The Goods and services available on www.adamos.lv and the samples we offer you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell the Goods and Services you receive from us. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities you purchase. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or delivery address. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we may, but are not obliged to, attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order. We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit orders which we believe in our sole discretion to be from dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from our shop. PRICES
Prices for goods are quoted in euros, including the amount of VAT in force at the time in accordance with legal regulations, but we cannot guarantee that the prices quoted will be valid at the time the order is placed. Upon receipt of your order, if the price is different to the price on the website at the time, we will contact you for possible cancellation of your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

No trademarks owned by Adamos may be used without written permission, irrespective of the reason.

SPORTS
These Terms and Conditions of Use and any separate agreements under which we provide you the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the law of the Republic of Latvia.

The terms and conditions of Adamos apply to all clients equally. Apart from the general terms and conditions drawn up by Adamos, both Adamos and Client are protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Client's interests are protected by Consumer Rights Protection Centre. Any misunderstandings between Adamos and its clients will be resolved by amicable negotiations. If the parties fail to find a suitable solution, both parties have the right to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre.
