"ADAMOS" Ltd carries out processing of personal data for the purpose of data processing and legal basis.
"ADAMOS" Ltd processes the Client's data using the possibilities of modern technology taking into account the existing privacy risks and the reasonable organizational, financial and technical resources available to “ADAMOS” Ltd.

SIA "ADAMOS" stores and processes the personal data of the Customer as long as at least one of the following criteria exists
- the data are necessary for the purpose for which they were obtained;
- ADAMOS or the customer can exercise his or her legitimate interests as long as there is a legal basis for the processing of the data in the manner envisaged by external laws and regulations;
- As long as one of the parties has a legal obligation to retain the data.
When the circumstances mentioned in this clause cease, the personal data of the Client will be deleted.
Access to personal data and other rights of the Customer
The Customer has the right to receive the information stipulated in the regulations in connection with the processing of his/her data.
